Balora Events is based in Perth, WA, and we service all surrounding metro areas. We’re also happy to travel further including regional weddings depending on availability.
Any travel, delivery, and setup fees will be clearly included in your quote - just let us know your event location when enquiring.

Yes! All of our wedding and event styling packages include delivery, full setup (bump in), and pack down (bump out) so you can enjoy your day stress-free.
We’ll coordinate directly with you or your venue to confirm access times.

A 20% deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Our standard hire period is 24 hours. Collection is arranged either at the conclusion of the event or the following morning, depending on venue access and event timing. All collection details are confirmed prior to the event.

Most wedding styling budgets fall between $1,500 and $3,000+, depending on the level of coverage and pieces required. We provide budget examples to help guide expectations before quoting.
For events, the most common amount is $500-$1500. -
Yes! Where suitable, ceremony elements may be repurposed into the reception. Repurposing is assessed on a case-by-case basis, as it depends on logistics and timing.
